Who We Are
Legal Space Services — known simply as LSS — is a legal services and documentation company headquartered in Delhi. We were built around a single observation: in India, the difficulty of a legal task is rarely the law itself. The difficulty is the running around. A person who needs a marriage registered or an affidavit drafted typically ends up dealing with a tout outside the court, a typist who does not understand the form, an agent who quotes one price and charges another, and finally an advocate who was never briefed properly. Four people, four versions of the truth, and a citizen who still does not know when the work will be finished.
We replaced that chain with one accountable team. When a file comes to us, one coordinator owns it from the first phone call to the certificate in hand. The drafting is done in-house by a documentation desk that writes the same forms every day. The legal opinion, wherever it is needed, comes from advocates who actually appear in court. The client is told the price once, in writing, and that price does not change midway. That is the whole idea behind LSS, and every process in the company is built to protect it.
That model has now served more than a thousand couples in their marriage work alone, and a growing number of clients across affidavits, agreements, certificates, property papers, name-change matters and business registrations. The company was established in New Delhi on 6 June 2021 and today operates four desks across Delhi NCR with a documentation team, a court-liaison desk and an associated network of practising advocates. Every representative carries a QR-verified identity card, and every assignment is issued against a written receipt. You can browse the whole catalogue on our services page, look up any single service through search, or read the answers to common questions on our FAQ page.
Why We Exist — The Problem LSS Was Built to Solve
Legal paperwork in India is treated as a favour rather than a service. Prices are hidden until you are already committed. Timelines are vague. The person who takes your documents is rarely the person who does the work, and when something goes wrong there is no one to hold responsible. Ordinary people — couples who simply want a valid marriage certificate, parents correcting a child's birth record, a shopkeeper registering under GST — end up overpaying and over-worrying for work that should be routine.
LSS exists to make that experience honest and predictable. We publish our prices philosophy openly, we put every commitment in writing, and we keep the entire chain — coordination, drafting, court liaison and delivery — inside one company so that accountability never leaves the building. The result is a legal services company that behaves like a proper service business: clear price, clear timeline, clear ownership, and payment only after the work is done.
What Makes LSS Different
One team, not a chain of middlemen
Most legal work in India is sub-contracted three times before it is actually done. We keep the chain inside the company. Coordination, drafting, court liaison and follow-up are separate desks of the same team, sitting in the same offices, working on the same file. The client never has to explain their case twice, and there is always one named person answerable for the outcome.
Advocates, not agents
There is a real difference between someone who fills forms and someone who understands the statute behind the form. Our marriage work is carried out with reference to the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 and the Special Marriage Act, 1954; our family and court matters are handled by advocates who argue them; our senior associations are at Rohini Court, Delhi. Where a matter needs court representation, it goes to counsel — not to a form-filler.
Rates below the market, stated openly
We do not publish a single fixed price for every case, because an honest price depends on the Act applied, the documents already available, the district, and how urgently the work is needed. What we do commit to is this: our quotation will be lower than the prevailing market rate for the same work, and it will be the final number. There is no separate "court fee", "officer charge" or "urgent charge" invented after you have paid. Every service page still shows a clear starting price so you are never in the dark. Call +91 98913 43962 and we will quote your specific case on the phone.
No advance payment
Placing an order with LSS costs nothing. You get an order number, we call you the same day to confirm the documents, the realistic timeline and the final price, and you pay only after the work is completed. This single policy removes the biggest fear people have in this trade — paying up front and then being chased for more.
Verifiable identity
Every person who represents Legal Space Services carries a photo identity card with a QR code. Scanning that code opens the verification page on our own domain and confirms whether that person is currently authorised by the company. If the QR does not open our website, the card is not ours. We built this because impersonation is a genuine problem in this trade, and a client handing over original documents deserves to know exactly who is standing in front of them.
Documentation that survives scrutiny
A marriage certificate is not the end of the matter — it is the beginning. It will later be examined by a passport office, an embassy, a bank, an insurer or an employer. We prepare papers with that future scrutiny in mind: names spelled exactly as they appear on identity documents, dates cross-checked against age proof, and the correct Act cited. A file that is done properly the first time saves the client a correction application two years later.
Everything We Handle — All 45 Categories
Our work spans 438 distinct services across forty-five categories. Marriage remains our largest practice, but a client who comes for a marriage certificate frequently returns for a rent agreement, a passport affidavit, a name correction or a company registration — so we built the full range rather than sending people elsewhere. Below is the complete map of what LSS does, grouped into three divisions. Each category links to the relevant part of the site; the full directory lists every service one by one.

8 servicesMarriage & Relationship Services — Our Largest Practice
LSS began with marriage work and it remains the heart of what we do. We handle court marriage under the Special Marriage Act and the Hindu Marriage Act, same-day and tatkal court marriage where the law allows it, Arya Samaj marriage with a valid ceremony and certificate, and full marriage registration for couples who are already married. We assist with inter-caste and inter-religion marriages, NRI and foreigner marriage registration, marriage certificate corrections and duplicates, marriage affidavits, and police protection for couples who need it. Every one of these is explained, priced and orderable on our Marriage Services page, and if you know exactly what you want you can jump straight to it — for example court marriage, Arya Samaj marriage or marriage registration.
Alongside the marriage itself we handle the paperwork that surrounds a family — live-in relationship agreements, name change after marriage, will and estate drafting, and matrimonial matters that need an advocate. The point is continuity: the same team that registers your marriage can, years later, correct a spelling on the certificate or draft the affidavit your passport office asks for.
Documents, Certificates & Registration
The largest volume of our day-to-day work is documentation: getting a paper drafted correctly, sworn properly and, where needed, recorded by the government. This includes every kind of affidavit — single status, name change, date of birth, income, gap year, address proof and more — notary attestation, and the full range of agreements such as rent, sale, partnership, franchise and non-disclosure. It also includes certificates and government records: birth and death certificates and corrections, income, domicile, caste and EWS certificates, and gazette name change. You can browse it all on the Documents Services page or search a specific one such as rent agreement, affidavit or birth certificate.
We also handle passport and visa documentation, police clearance certificates, apostille and embassy attestation, translation of documents, and a full doorstep service for printing, pickup and delivery so that clients who cannot travel still get the physical papers in hand. These matters fail for boring reasons — a mismatched spelling, a missing annexure, an affidavit sworn in the wrong format, an appointment booked at the wrong office. Our value is in knowing those failure points in advance and eliminating them before the application is filed.
Legal, Court, Business & Property
Beyond documentation, LSS handles matters that need genuine legal work. On the property side we prepare and check sale deeds, gift deeds, lease deeds, property agreements and RERA-related matters. On the business side we handle company incorporation, LLP and partnership registration, GST, MSME and trademark registration, shop and establishment licences, ROC compliance filings and business NOCs. On the litigation and dispute side we work with advocates on legal notices, consumer complaints, cheque bounce matters, police complaints, bail and criminal defence, cyber-crime and online-fraud cases, accident and insurance claims, tax notices and appeals, and matrimonial disputes. Explore these on the Legal Services page or search a specific one like legal notice, GST registration or company registration.
We also cover modern, specialised areas that many traditional firms ignore — intellectual property, technology and data-privacy documentation, labour and payroll compliance, and media, brand and entertainment agreements. The idea is that whatever a household or a small business needs on paper, there is a desk at LSS that already does it every day.
How LSS Works — Step by Step
The same simple process applies to every one of our 438+ services, whether it is a single affidavit or a company registration.
1. Tell us the matter. Call, WhatsApp or place a free order online. We identify the correct law, department or format and quote a final price — below the market rate — on that first conversation.
2. Send your documents. You receive a personalised checklist. We verify everything before submission, which is what prevents most rejections and repeat visits.
3. We execute. Routine drafting is done by our documentation desk; anything needing a legal opinion or a court appearance goes to an associated advocate. You are kept informed at each stage.
4. You receive it. The certificate, deed, agreement or order is handed over — in person or by courier and signed soft copy — with copies for your own record, and only then is payment taken.
Our Pricing — Honest by Design
Hidden pricing is how people get overcharged in this trade, so we refuse to do it. Every service on this website shows a clear starting price and a realistic delivery time. The final figure depends on your Act, district, documents and urgency, and we confirm it on a call — but it always stays below the prevailing market rate, it is put in writing, and nothing extra is added afterwards. There is no advance payment: you pay only after the work is complete. If a matter turns out to be simpler than expected, the price goes down, not up.
Two Ways to Work With Us — Online or Offline
Both cost exactly the same, and nothing is charged upfront in either case.
Offline — walk in
Visit any of our Delhi NCR desks around Rohini Court, hand over your papers, and collect the finished work. Ideal for registrar appointments, court filing and anyone who prefers to deal in person.
Online — from anywhere
Order on this website, send your documents on WhatsApp, approve the draft on a video call and receive the completed file by courier or as a signed soft copy. Ideal for clients across India and for NRIs abroad.
Delhi NCR Coverage & All-India Reach
LSS began on 6 June 2021 with a single desk in Delhi. Delhi remains the operational centre because registrars, courts, the Regional Passport Office and most government departments our work touches are physically here. Within Delhi NCR we serve every area — Rohini, Pitampura, Shalimar Bagh, Ashok Vihar, Model Town, Dwarka, Janakpuri, Uttam Nagar, Saket, Karol Bagh, Tis Hazari, Karkardooma, Shahdara, Preet Vihar, Laxmi Nagar — as well as Gurugram, Noida, Ghaziabad, Faridabad and Sonipat. Our main desks are around Rohini Court, and we attend the registrar or court nearest to you.
But the work itself is no longer limited to Delhi. Drafting, verification, certificates, translations, attestation, business registration and consultation are delivered to clients in every state of India — Uttar Pradesh, Haryana, Punjab, Rajasthan, Bihar, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, West Bengal and the rest — and to NRI clients abroad, coordinated entirely online.
Our Offices
Our physical desks are in Delhi NCR. Drafting, certificates, online consultation and NRI documentation are delivered anywhere in India and abroad.
The Advocates We Work With
Legal Space Services works with an associated network of senior advocates, junior advocates and legal associates. Senior counsel handle contested family matters, bail applications and court appearances. Junior advocates and associates handle drafting, filing and follow-up. The company's leadership trains under senior counsel at Rohini Court, which keeps the firm's practice grounded in actual court procedure rather than second-hand instruction. When your matter needs a real legal opinion, you get one — not a salesperson's guess.
MaraVakil.com — Our National Platform
The same team is building MaraVakil.com, a national legal-technology platform scheduled for launch in 2026. Its purpose is to let a citizen anywhere in India find a verified advocate, see transparent pricing and understand what their matter actually requires — and to give advocates a proper system for clients, case tracking, documents and payments. It is the same problem LSS solves manually in Delhi today, addressed at national scale. Legal Space Services also operates a group of specialist portals for particular kinds of work — Arya Samaj ceremonies, Tis Hazari court filings and urgent same-day cases — all run by the same team, at the same rates, with the same no-advance-payment policy.
What LSS Does Not Do
Being clear about our limits is part of being trustworthy. There are things we will not do, whatever the offer:
- No fake, backdated or forged documents. Every affidavit, certificate and registration we produce is genuine and legally issued. We will not fabricate a date, a signature or a record.
- No guaranteed court outcomes. An advocate can argue your case well; no honest firm can promise a judgment. Anyone promising a guaranteed verdict is misleading you.
- No work meant to defraud. We decline any matter whose purpose is to cheat a person, a bank or a government department.
- No hidden add-ons. The price we quote is the price you pay. We do not invent "officer charges" or "urgent fees" after the fact.
- No pretending. If a matter is outside what we do, or better handled by someone else, we say so plainly and, where we can, point you in the right direction.
How We Protect You
Three safeguards sit under every LSS assignment. First, QR-verified identity: scan any representative's card and confirm on our own website that they are currently authorised. Second, a written receipt for every assignment, so there is always a record of what was agreed and paid. Third, confidentiality: your documents and details are used only to complete your work and are never shared. Together with the no-advance-payment policy, these are designed so that a first-time client can trust us before they have any reason to.
Who Our Clients Are
Couples getting legally married and needing a certificate that a passport office will accept. Parents correcting a child's birth record or applying for a domicile certificate. Students needing gap-year or education affidavits and document attestation for study abroad. NRIs registering a marriage or getting papers apostilled from another country. Landlords and tenants who want a rent agreement done properly. Shopkeepers and founders registering under GST, MSME or the Companies Act. And anyone who has received a legal notice, a cheque-bounce complaint or a tax notice and needs an advocate quickly. Whatever the matter, the promise is the same: one accountable team, a fair price in writing, and payment only after the work is done.
Understanding Your Marriage Options — Which Route Is Right?
One reason couples come to LSS confused is that "getting married legally" can mean three different things in India, and the right route depends on your situation. We explain this on the first call, but here is the short version.
Hindu Marriage Act, 1955. If both partners are Hindu, Sikh, Jain or Buddhist, this is usually the fastest route. The marriage can be solemnised and registered quickly — often the same day or within a few days — and it suits couples whose families are on board and who simply need a valid certificate.
Special Marriage Act, 1954. This is the civil route and it applies to everyone, including inter-caste and inter-religion couples, regardless of faith. It is the correct choice when the partners follow different religions or want a purely civil marriage. Its one catch is a mandatory 30-day notice period at the registrar's office, so it needs planning; we handle the notice, objections window and final registration end to end.
Arya Samaj marriage followed by registration. An Arya Samaj ceremony gives you a valid Vedic marriage and an Arya Samaj certificate quickly, which is then followed by registration to obtain the government certificate. It is a popular choice for couples who want a genuine ceremony and a fast, valid certificate. LSS arranges the ceremony, the pandit and the subsequent registration together.
For inter-caste, inter-religion, NRI and foreigner marriages there are extra documents and, sometimes, police protection to arrange — all of which we do routinely. If you are unsure which Act fits you, that is exactly the sort of thing to ask on a free call; see the options on our Marriage Services page or search Special Marriage Act.
Documents & Timelines You Should Know
Most matters need three basic things from each person — photo identity proof, age proof and address proof — plus a few papers specific to the case, such as passport-size photographs and witnesses for a marriage, or an existing certificate for a correction. After you order, LSS sends a personalised checklist rather than a generic one, because the exact list changes with your Act, district and purpose.
Timelines vary honestly by service. A simple affidavit or notary attestation is often same-day. A rent agreement is usually one to two days. A Hindu Act or Arya Samaj marriage can be same-day to a few days, while a Special Marriage Act registration takes about 30-45 days because of the statutory notice. A gazette name change, a passport-linked certificate or a company registration runs longer because a government department controls the clock. We tell you the realistic range on the first call — not an optimistic number designed to win the order.
Common Mistakes LSS Prevents
Most legal paperwork does not fail because of the law; it fails because of small, avoidable errors that the applicant could not have known about. Over thousands of files we have learned exactly where things break, and we check for them before anything is submitted. A spelling that does not match your Aadhaar or passport. A date of birth that differs by a day between two documents. An affidavit sworn on the wrong stamp value or in the wrong format for the office that will read it. A missing annexure or witness. An appointment booked at the wrong registrar or the wrong jurisdiction. A certificate applied for under the wrong Act. Each of these means a rejection, a second trip and weeks of delay — and each is preventable. Preventing them is a large part of what you are actually paying LSS for.
