438 services across forty-five categories — from a single affidavit to a private limited company. Marriage work is our largest practice, but a client who arrives for a marriage certificate frequently returns for a rent agreement, a passport affidavit or a name correction. So we built the whole range rather than sending people elsewhere.
These account for the majority of our daily work.
Marriage is our largest practice and the reason most clients find us. The work divides into three questions: which Act applies to you, how quickly it can legally be done, and what proof you will hold at the end. Under the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 a marriage that has already been solemnised can usually be registered quickly. Under the Special Marriage Act, 1954 — the route for inter-religion couples and for those marrying without religious ceremony — a thirty-day public notice is mandatory and no one can lawfully remove it. Arya Samaj marriage provides a valid Vedic solemnisation which we then register so that the certificate is a government record, not merely a temple document. We will tell you on the first call which of these genuinely applies to you.
An affidavit is a sworn statement of fact, and it is rejected far more often for format than for content. The declarant must be correctly described, the facts must be stated in numbered paragraphs, the verification clause must match the state's expected wording, and the stamp value must be right for the purpose. We draft the affidavit for the office that will actually receive it — a passport office, a bank, a university and a court each expect slightly different phrasing.
Notarisation converts a private document into one that a third party will accept. It matters for attestation of copies, for agreements between parties who want an independent witness on record, and for declarations that will be produced before an authority. We prepare the document, arrange notarisation and return it to you complete rather than sending you to find a notary yourself.
A good agreement is written for the day the relationship breaks down, not for the day it begins. Most disputes we see arose from a one-page document that never defined the term, the payment schedule, the notice period or the exit. Our drafting covers parties, consideration, duration, obligations, termination, jurisdiction and dispute resolution — in plain language, so both sides actually understand what they signed.
Property documents outlive the people who sign them, so errors here are expensive for decades. A deed must correctly identify the property, the chain of title, the consideration and the parties, and it must be executed and registered in the proper form. We prepare the deed, assist with verification of title and support the mutation process so that the record reflects reality after registration.
Identity work is about making every government record agree with every other government record. One spelling difference between an Aadhaar and a mark sheet can block a passport for months. We handle name change including gazette notification, corrections to birth and death certificates, and updates to PAN, voter and driving licence records — in the correct order, because these documents depend on one another.
Family matters are the most sensitive work we do, and the most damaging when handled carelessly. Mutual-consent divorce, maintenance, custody, guardianship, domestic violence and restitution petitions are handled by advocates, not by a documentation desk. Our role is to prepare the file properly, explain what the court will realistically do, and stay with the client through the process rather than disappearing after the first hearing.
Court-related work begins long before a hearing. A legal notice that is properly drafted often settles a matter without litigation; a badly drafted one weakens the case permanently. We prepare notices and replies, bail and anticipatory bail applications, civil and criminal drafting, consumer complaints, cheque-bounce matters and RTI applications — with advocates handling appearance wherever appearance is required.
Business registration is a sequence, and doing it out of order costs money. The right structure comes first — proprietorship, partnership, LLP, private limited or one-person company — because it determines liability, tax treatment and future funding. Registration, MSME, GST, trade licence, shop and establishment, trademark and copyright then follow in the correct order.
Tax and statutory compliance is where small businesses quietly accumulate penalties. PAN and TAN, GST returns, income tax returns, TDS returns and professional tax are routine when filed on schedule and expensive when they are not. We keep the calendar so the client does not have to remember it.
Certificates are issued by different departments with different rules, and each has its own common reason for rejection. Birth, death and marriage certificates, domicile, income, caste, EWS, character and police clearance certificates all require the correct supporting set. We prepare the complete application rather than submitting an incomplete one and waiting for it to come back.
Passport and visa documentation fails on details. A single-status certificate that does not name the right authority, an affidavit in the wrong format, an apostille sought at the wrong stage — each costs weeks. We prepare passport applications and renewals, police clearance certificates, visa documentation, apostille and embassy attestation with the destination requirement in mind from the start.
Drafting is the craft underneath everything else. Whether it is a legal notice, a petition, an application, a reply, an MoU, an indemnity bond, an undertaking, a consent letter or an NOC, the same discipline applies: state facts in order, define terms precisely, avoid language that can be read two ways, and give the reader no reason to send it back.
Not every matter requires a visit. Consultation, document verification, affidavit and agreement drafting, marriage booking and appointment scheduling can all be handled over phone, WhatsApp and video — which is how we serve clients outside Delhi and NRI clients in other time zones. Physical presence is requested only where the law genuinely requires it.

This is the most common situation, and it is not a problem. Very few people arrive knowing whether their matter needs an affidavit or an agreement, whether the Hindu Marriage Act or the Special Marriage Act applies to them, or whether a gazette notification is required for their name change.
Describe your situation in one or two sentences on the phone or by WhatsApp. We will tell you which service actually applies, which documents you need to collect, how long it will realistically take, and what it will cost — before you commit to anything. If your matter is something we should not be handling, we will say so and point you to who should.
First call. You describe the matter. We identify the applicable law or department, list the documents required, and quote a final price.
Document collection. You send or bring the documents. We check them before anything is filed — this single step prevents most rejections.
Drafting and filing. Our documentation desk prepares the papers; advocates handle anything requiring legal opinion or appearance. You are told what has been filed and when.
Completion and handover. You receive the certificate, deed, agreement or order, along with copies for your own record. We tell you what to keep and why you may need it later.
One call covers it: applicable law, documents needed, realistic timeline and a final rate below market.
