Notary fees in Delhi (2026)
The statutory notary fee is small — a few rupees up to about ₹35+ per attestation under the Notaries Rules, and around ₹10 per page for certified copies. How long is a notarised document valid?
A notarised document does not have a fixed legal expiry. However, many offices prefer a recent notarisation — often within about six months — particularly for affidavits like single-status or address proof. If the office you are submitting to wants a fresh one, we prepare and notarise it quickly.
